Cancellation Policy *please read*

In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options to my guests, I do require at least 48 hours should you need to cancel or reschedule with me. Should you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice you will be responsible for a rebooking fee of 100% of your services. We allow a 15 minute grace period but your appointment will end at its scheduled time. Meaning we might need to skip the blowdry. If you’re more than 15 minutes late; you’re considered a no-show
